Private hire is governed by your rental agreement
These Terms and Conditions cover our SMS messaging service. They are not the terms of a private booking. Rental of The Columbian, which McGowan Hall's rental agreement lists as the Bar Lounge, is governed by the McGowan Hall Rental Agreement you sign, which sets out payment schedules, cancellation, building policies, catering and bar rules, decorations and liability. Where anything on this website differs from that signed agreement, the agreement governs.
